Description

30 Catherine Hill is a building dating from around 1800. It has three storeys constructed of rubble with ashlar chamfered quoins and raised window surrounds. The building features a moulded cornice parapet and a pantile roof. There are three windows, with modern casements, and the centre window is blind with a rebate. The property also includes two shop fronts, which have panelled outer piers and modern fascias.
