Description

Nos. 5 and 6 Catherine Hill is a building dating from around 1800. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a pantile roof. The building has three storeys and a total of five windows, which are 19th-century sashes set beneath wooden lintels. The ground floor has 20th-century shop fronts, with the left-hand one showcasing a dentil fascia cornice. At the rear, there are two gabled extensions from the late 17th century. This building is included for its group value.
