Description

The buildings at 20 and 22 Ospringe Street are 17th-century properties. They are two storeys and attics in height, with a five-window facade and one hipped dormer window. The buildings are constructed of painted brick, with a stringcourse divided into two sections. They have a tiled roof. The ground floor windows are casements, and those on the first floor have small, square leaded panes. Number 20 has an early 19th-century two-storey, two-window bay extension to the southeast. The windows in this extension are set in brick reveals and lack glazing bars. A modern shop front and fascia are present on the ground floor. To the east of Number 20 is a low, wide, single-storey building, which was formerly a stable block, with no windows facing the street.
