Description
This cottage, which was previously two separate cottages, is reputedly dated to 1700 but was rebuilt in the 20th century. It is constructed from local limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with a brick stack on the right and a rubble stack on the left. The building is two stories high and has three bays. The windows consist of two and three-light casements, except for the left bay, which has a two-light ovolo moulded mullioned stone window on the first floor and a similar three-light opening with a stopped label on the ground floor. There is a door opening in the second bay that contains a 20th-century half-glazed door. The left side of the cottage has a small outshut of lower height under the thatched roof.
