Cottage, previously 2. Reputedly dated 1700, rebuilt C20. Local limestone rubble, thatched roof, brick stack to right, rubble stack to left. 2-storeys, 3-bays, 2 and 3-light casements except left bay has 2-light ovolo moulded mullioned stone window on first floor, similar 3-light opening with stopped label on ground floor. Door opening in second bay, C20 half glazed door. Left return has small outshut of lower, height under thatched roof.
