Description

This is a house located adjacent to and east of Prospect Villa, likely built in the 17th century. It features painted rubble walls and a pantile roof with coped verges and a brick ridge stack. The building is two storeys high and consists of one bay. The first floor has three-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, while the ground floor has a 20th-century two-light casement to the right of the left bay, which is obscured by a single-storey rubble lean-to with a pantile roof. There is a central door opening with a six-panelled door, and another door opening to the right side of the lean-to, which has a plank door and a small casement with glazing bars above it. To the right, there is a two-storey rubble outshut that is lower in height, featuring a boarded window opening on the first floor with a small glazed panel and a broad door opening on the ground floor with paired plank doors.
