Description

Poundhay House is a house from the early 19th century. It features smooth rendered walls, end pilasters, and a triple Roman tile roof with rendered stacks at each end. The building has a symmetrical frontage with two storeys and an attic, comprising three bays with 12-pane sash windows that have bracketed sills. The central door opening contains a 12-panelled door topped with a transom light and a shallow moulded cornice supported by two brackets above. There is a 20th-century garage to the right side, which has ramped coping.
