Shop with house and offices over. Earlier C19. Ashlar stonework, roof hidden by parapet on 3 sides. EXTERIOR: 4 storeys, 3 bays. Panelled pilasters to ends, band course between first and second floors, deep moulded cornice, plain parapet. Later C20 shop front across ground floor, with central plain doors in deep recess. On right, also in recess, doorway giving access to upper floors of Nos 27 and 29 (qv). To upper floors, sash windows in plain openings, tall 15-pane units to first floor, 12-pane to second and third floors. INTERIOR: the ground floor cleared to form shop, above the rooms retain a general Regency character, with ceiling cornices, doors, doorcases, etc, at first-floor level; upper floors not seen.
