Description

The gate piers and gate at the west entrance to Orchard Wyndham date from the late 18th century and late 19th century. The gate piers are made of squared and coursed Bath stone, standing about 2.5 metres high, featuring ball finials on swan necked supports and a chamfered cornice. The gate itself is crafted from wrought iron, with horizontal bars and curved supports that create a central diamond shape.
