Description
Turnpike Cottage is a house built in the early 19th century, with later enlargement in the late 20th century. The exterior is rendered over random rubble, featuring a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and a soffit board. There is a brick stack on the left side and at the rear of the building. The house has a double pile structure, is two storeys high, and consists of three bays with 16-pane sash windows. A central 20th-century gabled timber porch, which is partially glazed, leads to a partially glazed inner door. There is also a 20th-century addition at the rear of the property. The interior has not been viewed.
