Description
No 19 High Street is a shop with a house, dating from the early 19th century. The building is rendered and features a Welsh slate roof behind a parapet, with plain gables and brick chimney stacks. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has two bays. The structure includes a plinth, a small end pilaster, a cornice, and a low plain parapet. The 19th-century shopfront has a boarded door to an alleyway on the left, flanked by two wide 6-pane sash windows and a central glazed door with a fanlight above. There are slim panelled pilasters and a thin fascia. Above, there are 12-pane sash windows in plain openings, with a cornice line that continues through to Nos 21 and 23. A small flat-roofed dormer window is located in the centre behind the parapet. The interior has not been seen.
