Farmhouse. C15 origins but largely rebuilt in C19. Local stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; plain clay tile roof with simple gables; stone chimney stacks with moulded caps, of which the South stack is external, stepped with offsets, of late medieval origin, 2 storeys with attic, 3 bays. 2-light windows with cusped flat heads under square labels; central pointed arched doorway with boarded door set in recess. In North gable two wide pointed arch windows with later centre mullions added, also single-light cusped head windows, one with label, and that to attic with hoodoould. Outshut to rear, Interior not seen.
