Description

No. 3 Quaperlake Street is a house in a row, dating from the late 18th century. It is built of local stone that has been rendered and colorwashed, with painted stone dressings. The roof is made of Welsh slate and sits between abutments, while there are brick chimney stacks at the rear. The house is two stories tall and has three bays. It features a plinth and flat side pilasters. The outer bays have 16-pane sash windows that are set flush, and there is a 12-pane sash window in the upper bay of the second floor. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, which is partially glazed, and is framed by a stone surround with Doric flat pilasters, an entablature, and a pediment. The interior has not been seen.
