Description

No. 13 Quaperlake Street is a house in a row, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond, which is colourwashed, and features painted stone dressings. The roof, likely made of Welsh slate, is hidden behind a parapet, and there are brick chimney stacks at both ends. The house has two storeys and three bays, with 16-pane sash windows that have plain surrounds and deep gauged brick flat arches made with thin bricks. The central entrance features a six-panel door set in a stone surround, which is adorned with flat Doric pilasters, an entablature, and a pediment. The building also has a cornice and a low plain parapet. The interior has not been seen.
