Description
No. 10 Corve Street is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features a painted stone plinth and is constructed of brick with a hipped Welsh slate roof on the left side. The building is symmetrical with three storeys and a cellar, and it has a three-window range. The central window is a 6/6 sash, flanked by 2/2 sashes, then another 6/6 sash, and finally two more 2/2 sashes, all with grooved stucco lintels. Above, there are 2/1 and 6/3 sashes. The eaves are moulded wood. The entrance has a central 6 fielded-panel door with a decorated glass fanlight, set in a beaded round-headed case beneath an open pediment hood supported by Doric pilasters.
