Description
No. 12 Corve Street is an 18th-century house that has been converted into a shop. The building is finished in stucco with a concrete pantile roof and features a brick ridge stack. It has a two-unit plan and stands three storeys tall with a cellar, presenting a three-window range. On the right side, there are two 19th-century plain sash windows, with 6/6 sashes above them. To the left, there is a 6/6 sash window with a 3/3 sash above. The entrance is located on the right and consists of a mid-20th-century glazed door beneath a flat hood supported by fluted consoles. To the left of the entrance, there is a late 19th-century 2/2 sash window. The left side of the building features an early 20th-century shopfront, which includes a plate glass window and a mid-20th-century glazed door.
