Cottage. C18 with C20 modifications. Local stone cut and squared; concrete double Roman tiles, brick chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. Central front door of early C20 pattern; leaded casement windows, some first floor windows incorporating old metal casements; openings have segmental brick arches. Outshut to rear; stone with oval niche in South gable, very worn.
