Description

Manor Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that has been modified in the 20th century. It is constructed from locally sourced stone that has been cut and squared, with a roof featuring concrete double Roman tiles and brick chimney stacks. The cottage stands two stories high and has three bays. The central front door is of an early 20th-century design, and there are leaded casement windows, with some first-floor windows incorporating old metal casements. The window openings are topped with segmental brick arches. At the rear, there is an outshut made of stone, which features a very worn oval niche in the south gable.
