Description
Sunnyside is a 17th-century cottage located on Duck Lane in Limington. It is built from local stone that has been cut and squared, with Ham stone dressings, and features a thatched roof with brick end stacks. The cottage is two stories high and has an irregular facade with four windows. There is a thatched porch situated between the first and second bays, which has a boarded door. Another boarded door is located beneath the third window.
To the left, there is a three-light hollow chamfer window with a label, and to the right, a smaller and possibly earlier window. The right end of the cottage shows a pier and a straight joint, indicating that the left side was originally a single story. The remaining windows are two-light casements, except for the third window, which is an older three-light casement. The rear of the first floor features ovolo moulded mullioned timber casements with diamond glazing.
