Local stone cut and squared, with Ham stone coping and moulded kneeler bracket; Welsh slate roof with wood bracketted eaves; rebuilt brick stack. 2-storey single bay. C20 entrance door left of window; 16-pane sash windows to both levels, with single voussoired stone lintol to all openings. One of a group of three small cottages in an interesting terrace (qv).
