Local stone roughly squared; plain clay tile roof between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks, 2 storeys, 3 bays. 2-light horizontal bar casement windows under exposed timber lintels; half glazed central door protected by open timber and tiled porch. Lean-to on North gable, outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
