Description

Hillhouse Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from local stone rubble. It features double Roman clay tiles between coped gables and has brick chimney stacks positioned between the bays. The building is two storeys high and consists of five bays. It has plain two-light heavy casement windows with exposed timber lintels, although there is no window in the upper part of the first bay. A 20th-century door is located in a plain opening to the right of the second bay. The interior has not been seen.
