Description

No 4 Leg Square is a town house that is part of a row of three, built around 1750. The building features roughcast walls, a slate roof, and a brick stack at the end. It is designed in a modified Georgian style and has two storeys plus an attic, with two bays. The square-headed doorway is framed by a plain wooden surround and has a transom light above. The entrance is a Victorian four-panelled door, with a 20th-century two-light casement window to the left. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with exposed sash boxes that are flush with the wall. The eaves are coved.
