Description

No 2 Draycott Road is a town house that is part of a row of similar buildings. It is constructed from painted limestone rubble and has a pantile roof with coped verges and a brick stack on the right side. The house is three storeys high and consists of a single bay. The entrance features a square-headed doorway with a reeded wooden architrave, which has circular bosses on either side of the lintel. The door is a contemporary six-panelled design, with fielded and flush moulded panels. To the right of the door, there is a 12-light sash window set within a moulded architrave, and the first and second floors also have sash windows of the same type.
