Description

No 20 is a house located on Tipcote Hill in Shepton Mallet, dating from around 1800 but refronted around 1870. It is constructed from Doulting limestone rubble and has a plain tile roof. The building is three storeys high and features a single bay with sash windows that have glazing bars and plain architraves. There are blocked windows on the third floor. The door opening is situated to the left and contains a 19th-century four-panelled door. The property is primarily noted for its group value within the context of the surrounding area.
