Description

Hill Cottage is a house dating to around 1800. It is constructed of rendered material with a concrete tile roof and brick stacks that rise above the coped verges. The house is three storeys high and has two bays, featuring sash windows with glazing bars set within plain stone architraves. The central doorway is surrounded by moulded stone, topped with a triangular pediment supported by cut stone brackets. The door is six-panelled, with the two upper panels glazed, and flanked by pilasters. A two-storey, pent-roofed outshut extends to the rear.
