Description

The Old Manor House, now a warehouse, dates to around 1750. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a triple Roman tile roof. The building is three storeys high and has three bays. It features sash windows with glazing bars set within moulded stone architraves. The first and third bays on the first floor have flat-headed triple-light windows, corresponding Venetian windows are on the ground floor, although the one on the right has been altered to form an entrance. A central semi-circular door opening has a moulded surround, a triangular pediment resting on cut stone brackets, and a radiating fanlight above a six-panelled door. A blind wall attached to number 17 Leg Square obscures the view of that property from the Old Manor House.
