Description

The property is a house, dating to around 1750. It is rendered with a tile roof and features an ashlar stack projecting through the coped verges on the left side, along with two further brick stacks. The house is three storeys high and five bays wide, with mid-19th century sash windows featuring glazing bars, set in shallow reveals and with exposed sash boxes. A central door opening is framed by a chamfered stone surround with a depressed arch head and angled label. The door itself is a late-19th century four-panelled design, with a fanlight above. Vestigial pilasters are located on the left and right. Attached to the north elevation is a blind wall constructed of random limestone rubble, shaped like a gable. This wall obscures the view from that elevation.
