House. Early - mid C19. Red sandstone random rubble, quoins, clay tiled roof, stone stacks on gable ends, brick stack rear wing gable end. "T"-plan, entrance at junction with rear wing. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 12 pane sash windows with panelled reveals, ground floor centre blocked arched 12 pane window. Right return 2 bay rear wing with mixed fenestration and part glazed door with partially glazed porch set in inner bay.
