Description
The Hodder monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 21 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St. Catherine. It dates from the 18th century and is made of Ham stone. The base is buried, and each face features one fielded panel, with panelled pilasters on the sides and no frieze. The hipped top has moulded coving and rounded leading edges. This monument commemorates Ann, the wife of Thomas Hodder, who died in 1763.
