Description

The stone coffin located in the churchyard against the south side of the tower of the Church of St. Catherine is believed to date from around the 13th century, although the exact date is uncertain. It is made of Ham stone and is an adult-sized hollowed-out single stone, featuring a shaped recess for the head.
