Description

The street wall in front of Nos 1, 1A, 2, and 3 Wesley Slope, along with the school, dates from around 1863. It is slightly battered and features occasional dies, although the railings have been removed. The wall is approximately 200 yards long and stands about 4 feet high, constructed from rubble. It curves at the corner of Christchurch Street West and Wesley Close, and is likely the work of architect W J Willcox.
