Corner shop and house to the rear. c1800. Incised stucco with slate roof hipped at the corner, brick stacks to gable ends and stepped stone copings to right (south) gable. Double-depth plan with C20 rear extension to south. 2 storeys. North front, facing East Street, is one-window range, the first-floor window has fixed lights flanking a narrow sash, all with small panes; this is typical of other windows in East Street. The ground floor has a shop window of 4/4 fixed lights, under a plain fascia-come-lintel. The west front, facing Love Lane, is 2-window range; 8/8-pane sashes to ground-floor right and first-floor left, which has a fixed 4-pane window below set in a former doorway, possibly once an entrance to the shop; the present door to the right of it, and central, is 6-panel, glazed to the top. First-floor right is a 3-light casement, and the rear extension has a 3-light casement to the centre. INTERIOR not inspected.
