Description

This is an early to mid-19th century house located on East Street in Ilminster. It is constructed of incised stucco with a slate roof, featuring stepped stone coping and a brick stack to the right gable end. The house follows a double-depth plan and has a symmetrical facade with a two-window range. The windows are all three-light units, with a narrow central sash flanked by fixed lights; the first-floor windows have small panes, while the ground-floor windows have two panes to each light. A late 19th-century door, featuring four panels, is centrally positioned. The interior of the building has not been inspected.
