Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Regent Gardens in Teignmouth. The house is built of painted stucco with a slate roof, hipped at the front, and has a brick stack at the rear. It follows a double-depth plan. The exterior has three storeys and a single-window range. The upper floor features a 3/6-pane sash window. The lower floors have 6/6-pane sash windows. A six-panel door is positioned to the right, sheltered by a trellised porch with a segment-arched roof. The interior has not been inspected.
