Description
Nos 12 and 13 on East Reach are an adjoining pair of similar houses built around 1790, with some alterations. They feature three-storey brown brick fronts and hipped tile roofs. No 12 has a moulded cornice and five windows, while No 13 has three windows. Most of the windows are original sashes with glazing bars. Each house has a stone doorway in the center, flanked by half engaged Tuscan columns and topped with pediments. They also have traceried fanlights and six-panel doors. There are later shop fronts added to the buildings. Nos 12 to 14 form a group.
