Description

The Taunton Tanneries Registered Office is an early to mid 19th century building located on Tancred Street. It is two storeys high with three-storey extensions on each side. The structure is made of red brick and features an old tile roof, with hipped slate roofs at the higher ends. There are five windows in total, although the central window on the first floor is blocked. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the ground floor windows have plain shutters. The central doorway is round-headed and has one recessed order, with a traceried fanlight above and a six-panel door. To the left, there are large double doors.
