Description
Nos 102 and 104 on High Street are a pair of late 18th century houses that have been altered. They stand three storeys tall, with their fronts covered in tiles over timber framing, and some of the tiles on No 102 are curved. The houses have a hipped tiled roof and a bracket eaves cornice. There are three sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing. No 102 features an impressive doorcase with fluted pilasters, an open pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door. No 104 has a similar doorcase with a pediment and a semi-circular fanlight. Together, Nos 102 to 106 form a cohesive group.
