Description
Brook House is a 17th-century house constructed from rubble with freestone dressings. It features coped verges, one of which has a 20th-century finial, and has a roof made of double-Roman tiles supported by a brick and a concrete block stack. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with the center bay featuring a projecting gabled stair-turret. The windows are 2-light ovolo-moulded stone-mullioned with labels. The right bay is blank, while there is a door opening on the left, which has a moulded 4-centred head in a freestone surround, complete with a label and a ribbed door. To the left, there is a single-storey outshut with a finial and a divided plank door.
