Description
Ivy House is a 17th-century house constructed from coursed and squared rubble, topped with a double Roman tile roof featuring a crested ridge and coped verges, along with brick stacks. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays. It features three-light ovolo-moulded stone-mullioned windows, which are set beneath stopped labels. The entrance is located between the third and fourth bays, framed by a chamfered dressed stone surround and topped with a triangular pediment supported by console brackets. The door itself is a six-panelled design, with the top two panels being glazed. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing that extends at right angles.
