Description
Little Ven East is a portion of a larger house, likely dating from the early 19th century. It was originally part of Little Ven House. The exterior is rendered, with rusticated ashlar corner pilasters, and has a hipped Welsh slate roof with rendered chimney stacks featuring moulded stone cappings. The building follows an 'L' shape and extends over two storeys, with four bays, the fourth of which projects. It contains 12-pane sash windows. The boxes are set flush and hidden by timber architraves; the upper bay 2 lacks a window, and bay 4 has two windows on the ground floor, with matching windows on the return of the projection. A partially glazed door from the early 20th century is located in bay 3, protected by a lead-covered flat timber hood with a fanlight. The interior has not been inspected.
