Description
Little Ven House is a portion of a larger house, likely built in the late 18th century. The building is rendered and features rusticated ashlar corner pilasters, a hipped Welsh slate roof, and rendered chimney stacks with moulded stone capping. It has two storeys and a three-bay south elevation, with a fourth bay that projects slightly and is part of Little Ven East. The house has a plinth, pilasters, and an eaves course, along with 16-pane sash windows. The second bay contains a part-glazed double door set in an elliptical sub-arch, which is adorned with an ornamental fanlight, a panelled wood surround, and a flat lead-covered hood. There is a later porch and other additions on the west side. The interior has not been seen.
