Coursed limestone rubble with Ham Hill stone; rusticated quoins, moulded eaves cornice, voussoirs to the first-floor, and stepped copings to shallow-pitched slate roof, which has truncated brick stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. The first-floor windows have flat gauged stone arches over C20 two-light leaded casements. C20 shop to the ground-floor. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
