Town house, now offices. Early C19 probably. Cary stone cut and squared; plain clay tile roof with abutment to east and coped gable to west; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 3 bays. Below, composite sash windows, plain with wide centre and narrow flanking lights; above similar windows, but centre sash becomes two horizontal-bar casement windows, all under stone voussoired flat arches; to lower centre bay a 6-panelled door in architrave with pediment hood on simple console brackets. West gable rendered. Interior not seen.
