Description
30 Park Row is a town house that has been converted into offices. It was built in the early 19th century, altered in the late 19th century, and restored in the mid-20th century. The building is constructed of brick with painted ashlar dressings and features a gabled and hipped slate roof with two ridge stacks. It has a plinth, a cornice at the ground floor, and a wooden eaves band.
The structure is a corner block with three storeys plus a basement and has a window arrangement of three windows on one side and two on the other. There is a recessed central portico supported by two Ionic columns, which covers a 20th-century fielded panelled door and a two-pane sash window. To the left, there is a recessed bay window with rusticated pilasters and three lights. To the right, there is a 12-pane sash window.
On the upper floors, there are three 15-pane sash windows and above those, three 9-pane sash windows. The right side features a rebated rounded corner with basement openings and a tripartite glazing bar sash window with rusticated pilasters. Above this, there are two 15-pane sash windows and above again, two 9-pane sash windows.
