GV II

House, now offices, and attached area railings. Dated 1844, restored late C20. Red brick with rendered basement, ashlar and brick dressings and plain tile roof with 2 stylised brick gable stacks. Jacobean Revival style. Dentillated brick bands to first and second floors and similar lintel band above, coped gables with finials. 3 storeys plus basement; 3 window range. Windows have ashlar surrounds and wooden mullions. Central cross casement flanked by similar 3-light casements. Above, three 2-light casements, under a central shaped gable flanked by larger shouldered gables. Right gable has a latticed light, left gable a datestone. Central door with overlight and flat hood on shaped brackets, flanked to right by a 3-light cross casement. To left, a single cross casement, then a half-glazed door and overlight. Basement has 2 mullioned windows. Outside, cast-iron area railings on a renewed brick plinth.
