Description
Number 6 is a house, now used as offices, dating from around 1790 and altered in the 19th century. It is likely designed by William Hargrave. The building is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof and wrought-iron railings. It has two storeys and a basement, with five windows on the first floor. The central entrance consists of a panelled door topped by a plate-glass fanlight, framed by pilasters, an entablature, and a pediment. The windows are plate-glass sashes with stone sills and wedge lintels. The eaves cornice is dentilled, and there are stacks at each end. The railings are adorned with pointed bud finials. The interior has not been inspected.
