Town house, now offices. Mid and late C18, restored late C20. Red brick, with ashlar dressings, some painted, and slate roofs. Plinth, quoins, first floor sill band, modillion eaves cornice, panelled balustrade. 3 storeys; 5 window range of original 12-pane sashes with brick flat arches and keystones. Central ashlar doorcase with plain frieze and pediment, and replica 6-panel double doors. On each side, 2 replica windows. Rear has regular fenestration and to right, a late C18 semicircular bay window, 3 storeys.
