Description

This barn, located about 10 meters south-west of Wales Farmhouse, is likely from the 18th century. It is constructed from local lias stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a double Roman clay tile roof featuring coped gables and a gabletted finial at the west end. The south elevation includes a large segmental arched doorway towards the west, while the north side has a square-headed doorway. The east end of the barn is two stories high, with an upper door set in a small gable, which is accessed by a stone stair with a wrought iron railing. The interior has not been seen.
