Description
Tregunter is a house from the mid-19th century that has been converted into offices. The building is rendered and colourwashed, featuring a moulded band at the first floor level, a hipped slate roof, and wide bracketed eaves with ashlar stacks. It has a symmetrical frontage with two storeys and three bays, where the central bay projects slightly. The first floor has 9-light sash windows set in moulded architraves, while the ground floor features 3-light canted bay windows beneath shallow hipped lead roofs and French windows. The entrance includes central paired half-glazed doors with a transom light, flanked by grooved pilasters, an entablature, and a moulded cornice topped with a pediment. The building is noted for its group value.
