Garden House. C18. By Nathaniel Ireson. Ashlar stone and red brick, clay tile roof. In a recess in the brick and stone backed East garden wall, plain roof and back, plain ashlar front with elliptical arch having impost blocks and keystone, filled with C20 glazed doors; above a frieze and shallow cornice coping to about 3 metres high, the same height as the main brick wall. One of two such summerhouses surviving in Wincanton, and complementary to Ireson House (qv).
