Description

This is a two-bay house, likely dating from the later 18th century. It is constructed of local stone, cut and squared, with ashlar dressings, some of which have been painted. The roof is of plain clay tiles with simple gables, and there are brick chimney stacks at the ends. The front features two 4-pane sash windows with architraved surrounds. The front door is a six-panel design with glazed panels above, set within an architraved surround incorporating a single keystone flanked by slim fielded pilasters, stylised console brackets, and a full pediment. The doorway surround is constructed of timber. The interior was not inspected.
